I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious with 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a balcony – perfect for a relaxing vacation. While the room had a vacuum for our convenience, there were a few setbacks like towels on the floor due to a wet carpet and a musty smell from mold. The service was top-notch, super friendly, and always helpful. The location couldn't have been better, just a short distance from Busch Gardens, Water Country, shopping, and restaurants. The facilities were also amazing – multiple ponds, fountains, pools, tennis courts, miniature golf, and a hot tub!
The hotel rooms were comfortable and roomy, but lacked attention to details like dusty lampshade tops that needed cleaning. The service was professional and pleasant overall, although there was one incident of poor job performance. The location was fantastic for exploring Colonial Williamsburg and other attractions nearby. Dining options were a bit crowded, and more breakfast offerings would have been appreciated.
